The book I read is called through her eyes. It’s by Jennifer Archer and it’s fiction. This is probably one of the best books I have ever read because I just want to keep reading more and more of it, and I never want to put it down. That’s when I know I'm into a book because I honestly don’t like reading. So I think you should check out this one.
This book is about a girl named Tansy Piper and she has to move with her mom to Cedar Canyon, Texas. So her mom can write her novel. She has always been the new girl because her and her mom move a lot. While Tansy’s here and walking around her new house she spots a door in the ground. when she goes down to check it out she finds a journal, a watch, and a crystal.
As Tansy’s reading the journal she finds out it belongs to a kid that once lived in the exact same house as she moved in. His name was Henry and he killed himself by jumping off a bridge that was off by the canyon. She meets a friendly guy when her, her mom, and her grandfather go out to eat. His name’s Tate but when she ends up starting school he wants nothing to do with her, and she has no idea why. But she does meet this really nice girl named Bethyl Ann at her school which makes things a little better for her.
But one day when she decides to go around town and take a bunch of photographs she sees black and white through the lens. What she sees through her camera is something totally different in real life. She actually starts to think shes going crazy because when she gets the photos develop and everything she thought she took a picture of wasn't there. The pictures weren’t even in black and white they were back to color. Then the most weirdest thing happens... she goes into the picture.
She was holding one of her pictures and holding the crystal she found in the cellar. The light from the window reflected off of the crystal, and some how the picture grew i guess you could say and went around her. Everything was black and white and the people in the pictures where who she thought she took pictures of. She could have conversations with them. Except the people in the picture call her Isabel and not Tansy so shes a different person but has the same thoughts and feelings and even talks the same as she normally would.
After going in the pictures a couple times she starts to see things in black and white. She starts to think she belongs in the picture better then her life because she fits in with everyone. She also never talked about this with anyone because she doesn’t want people to think shes crazy. Or have her mom worry about her all the time. That’s about everything I read so far so I cant tell you anything else because I didn’t finish reading the book. This is just what happened in  200 pages.
